Q: What is the average delivery time?

A: The delivery time of the samples is about 7 days. For mass production, the delivery period is 35 days after receipt of the deposit. The delivery time comes into effect when (1) we receive your deposit and (2) we get your final approval for the product. If our delivery time is not in line with your deadline, please check your requirements together with your sales. In any case, we will try our best to meet your needs. In most cases, we can do this.

What payment terms do you accept?

A: You can remit the money to our bank account:

30% T/T deposit, balance before shipment (FOB Ningbo).

A: Yes, our products are guaranteed for two years.

Q: How to deal with the fault?

A: First of all, our products are produced under a strict quality control system, and the failure rate will be less than 0.2 percent.

Secondly, in the warranty period, we will send new lights with new order of small quantity. For the problematic batch of products, we will repair and send it to you again, or recall the solution according to the actual situation.

Q: Can you guarantee the safe delivery of the product?

A: Yes, we use standard quality export packaging. Professional packaging and non-standard packaging requirements may result in additional costs.

Q: How much is the shipping cost?

A: The amount of freight depends on the pick-up method you choose. Express delivery is usually the fastest, but also the most expensive. For large quantities of products, "sea" is the best choice. The exact freight rate can only be provided when we know the details such as amount, weight and method. Please contact us for details.
